Reimagining the definition of the Italian Gran Turismo. Starting from picking up iconic shapes of the Italian automotive legacy of the 60’s & 70’s, our vision is to create from the ground up the most advanced restomods in the world.

A futuristic project

The goal of Totem isn't just to bring the latest restomod in the market. Our mission is redesigning from scratch automobiles which remember the spirit of the '60s by giving a new life to silhouettes coming from the golden-era of racing, emerging as a world-wide reference point in the fields of high-end automotive engineering.

Totem GT Series has been reshaped in forms and materials for creating a carbon-fiber supercar with a smooth and timeless line. The formal research behind the details of Totem GT Super, GT Electric and Sport Prototipo will give continuity to a legend of the past by applying some of the original features into the new styling cue signed by Totem.

Starting from the development of high precision milling molds, all the external body has been reconstructed entirely in carbon-fibre, in order to make the car as light as possible, but also to obtain a perfectly smooth surface. It's beautiful.

The design research carried out by Totem preserves the original soul of an Italian icon while standing out for the excellent craftsmanship and manufacturing processes behind the development of each single component: even those ones you'll never see.

The Totem GT Series runs the road of the future by mixing an incomparable legacy in the automotive history with the advanced technology of nowadays.

Starting from a small part of the original steel chassis, Totem has designed a carbon-fiber monocoque coupled with high-resistance aluminium sub-frames on the front/rear ends of the vehicle, all-new double-wishbone CNC aluminum suspensions scheme and a best-in-class twin-turbo V6 paired with a 6-speed open gated manual gearbox delivering pure emotions.

Giving a second life to an Italian icon: Totem GT Electric is our vision of the modern environment friendly Gran Turismo. The study of a unique design and the obsessive attention to detail are mixed with a technological soul coming from the future of high-end mobility. An exceptional driving experience projected to the future.

Design meets performance.

While being faithful to the pure soul of an Italian icon, Totem combined a legendary design with the performance of an all-new electric powertrain engineered for those ones thinking that electric means boring. Now it's not.

The electric motor has 900Nm of torque and it accelerates the Totem GT Electric from 0 to 100 Km/h in just less than 3s. We implemented the "DNA" system, an electronic power control conceived for managing the power of the electric motor through 3 different efficiency settings: D (Dynamic), N (Normal) and A (Advanced Efficiency). The electric power unit, controlled by Totem ECU with OEM quality standards, has an integrated inverter with limited slip differential (LSD) and runs up to 400Volts and 1100Amps. Just crazy fun!

Battery pack.

The Battery Pack of the Totem GT Electric consists of 12 modules homologated UN38.3, reaching a capacity of 81kWh and a best-in-class weight of only 352kg thanks of our honeycomb Aluminum case. The high-voltage wiring system connects all the different components through one of the most compact and refined HV Junction Boxes ever designed. You can charge the Totem GT Electric at home in AC charging mode with the On-Board-Charger -single phase- up to 6.6 kW, and in DC fast-charging mode up to 90kW on the CCS plug.

With a full charge you will be able to drive Totem GT Electric for a range of 470-500 km at a standard pace.

Meet Gloria, the beating heart of the Totem GT Super.

The development of this power-unit was made in collaboration with Italtecnica. A 2.8L Twin-turbo V6 engine built from the ground-up featuring an all-new simoultaneous direct/indirect injection system for achieving a power-output of more than 600 hp.

Totem has created a power-unit unique in its class: with a weight of less than 180Kg, it is the most compact and lightweight Twin-turbo V6 to be ever produced in history.

A dry-sump engine with a racing spirit, topped with an unprecedented two-stages supercharger layout and an innovative direct & indirect injection system. Glorious, as its name implies.
